Identification guide?

Are there any apps or PDFs out there with identification for the little guys that may be in our jarrariums? I'm guessing they'd be classified as zooplankton and microorganisms. They're hard to photograph and I'd rather not post a bunch of pics asking for identification of each one to save time

How do you guys go about identifying life in your jars?
