My SO's jar from Lake Michigan is thriving! I am shocked at how clear the water still is, despite being sealed for weeks.

help identifying what these are ?? i got the water from a pond, have only had it for a day and these things popped up everywhere and are moving around a lot

I still don’t know what these tiny shrimp things are, but they are enjoying their windowsill home. Any suggestions?
