Any advice on how to feed a picky clown?

Posted: 11 Jun 2021 07:49 PM PDT

One of my clowns eats like a pig but the other one doesn't seem to eat as much. Feeding a mix of emerald entree, flake food, frozen blood worms, frozen mysis. Should I try garlic guard or adding some garlic juice to my frozen/flake food?

Tank upgrade from LED biocube 16?

Posted: 11 Jun 2021 03:37 PM PDT

I just moved from Michigan to Texas and I want to upgrade to something bigger so I don't need to do weekly water changes and the maintainence is becoming more than I have the time for now. I can't get a huuuge tank as I live in an apartment, but something in the 30-50 gallon range should be doable (I make my own RO in the spare bathroom). It witch right next to my computer desk so I really liked the hood on the biocube to keep the light from blinding me and to keep salt from building up near my electronics. Does anyone have any suggestions other than the biocube 32? Thanks for the help.

I’m mildly colorblind and also using the API test kit. Would you say my nitrates are low and ammonia is slightly high?

Ai prime 16 hd best settings

Just recently got this light for my 36 gallon tank. I wasn't sure if my fish could get burned or my corals could die from overexposure to UV light. Is there a best setting or best practices for using these sort of lights? I have 3 clownfish, 2 hermits, 2 snails, and 2 polyps zooanthids.

Sooo BRS said to keep the lights off for 4 months. How many of you didnt? And didnt have an ugly phase or algae outbreak?
