I recently moved somewhere without air conditioning, and the higher temperatures are making it more difficult to keep my tank cool. Does anyone have any recommendations for cooling systems?

Axolotl not eating concern

ok so recently I tubbed my 4 1/2 inch axolotl due to the tank not being cycled completely. Right before I tubbed him he ate a whole European night crawler (cut into very small pieces btw) and he hasn't eaten in 2 1/2 days. I have done a 100% water change everyday with seachem prime. Every time I offer food he backs up and I give him 20 minutes to eat it and he doesn't pay attention to it. The temp is 63-64 degrees with a airstone and little light. Thanks!
