Can my jarrium survive? Photo off it too

I made my first jarrium like a fun experiment. I put rocks at bottom, a net between rocks and soil and ofcourse soil. I only put 3 little plants, no moss, etc. I couldnt find any bugs as its extremly hot in my area and the only insect i could find were flies. Can it survive for atleast couple of days? https://i.imgur.com/FdGFndX.jpg

Coolest aquatic plant to grow emersed?

Posted: 07 Jun 2021 06:38 PM PDT

I recently took an Amazon Sword out of my aquarium and started growing it emersed in a mason jar. The old submerged leaves dies out and it's started to grow really healthy new leaves out of water. I'm hooked! I'm hoping it will grow flowers and such but we'll see.

Now I want to take another aquatic plant and start another jar. I'd like it to be an aquatic plant so I could try to transfer it to my aquarium if I want. I thought of trying Dwarf Hairgrass but that doesn't seem very exciting. I'm wondering if anyone has ideas for what could be fun?
