My first attempt at snello appears to be a hit. I used canned peas and green beans, fresh squash and zuccini, smashed up tums and geliton.

Does anyone recognize the abnormal growth on my snail? It's been there for a few months and I'm concerned it could be a parasite or tumor

How do I know if the snails are still alive?

Posted: 19 Jun 2021 02:05 AM PDT

Hello,

I do have the mini Red Apple Snail. As I received them along with duckweed, i moved them to an isolated container before I put them into my Aquarium. However, i noticed that none of them moved since I moved to the container. I did give flakes every other day.

How do I know if they are still alive?

ever seen a male Japanese trapdoor snail?

Picked up my first two a couple of weeks ago, both turned out to be female and one immediately gave birth to five babies.

Not sure about the sperm retention, so picked up a companion for them today. The one on the right side is stubby and stays curled.

4 mystery snail clutches and counting! Any extra tips?

Posted: 18 Jun 2021 02:17 PM PDT

The girls are finally laying clutches, but the tanks aren't as humid as I think they need, so I moved the eggs to a container with a slightly damp paper towel. I keep it in my kitchen which stays roughly 75-78 degrees and I mist once a day if needed. Anything else I should be doing? Thanks in advance!

Question about mystery snails spending periods of time chillin’

Posted: 18 Jun 2021 05:12 PM PDT

Ph; 7'7

Ammonia 0 Nitrite 0 Nitrate 10-20 ppm

Mostly RO water, plants everywhere.

4 clutches laid last week and now everyone has been still for hours during the day, move some, then inactive for more hours

Looking for insight and if I should be concerned!!! Thanks for your time.
