I had some molting problem with the first Red Sakura adult I got, out of the first 5 the two male of the group died from the "white ring of death". I isolated the problem to either too many small water change or the lack of protein in the food the store gave me (apparently this store buy from a cheap breeder so it could come from here also, big mistake I made but I try to get the rest of the group a healthy life). One of the female was berried so I now have a pack of little skrimps to look after!

So yesterday, when I saw a white line on the back of one of my adult female shrimp, I was petrified. I was already mourning her when suddenly she bend like craze and in one movement of her tail gets out of her old carapace. The joy filled me up as I witness my first successful adult molt. I know it might not be much for experimented shrimp keeper but it was the high point of my day.

I am having a hard time getting my cherry shrimp to eat anything I put in the tank and I think the corydoras are scaring them off the food. They have been together since they were babies but notice it has been hard getting them to eat although they are out grazing, any advice?
