I recently had a large algae bloom in my tank and my water turned green...just found this tiny Nassarius. I’ve read they are difficult to breed, however I am wondering if my green water is helping feed them. Any thoughts? Also, suggestions on treating the green water would also be appreciated!

I got a maroon clownfish for my tank two years ago as the first fish. I slowly added on and realized she was a mean one.

I eventually got her a nem and that helped calm her down a little.

Well I wanted to get her a mate. I was hesitant but hopeful. I found a nice male at a lfs. I floated the guy in my separator for a day and everyone checked him out. The female danced at him and I thought all is good. Well she beat him up pretty good and I had to separate them. I let the male heal up in a different tank for a few days. Then I put him in a clear bucket right next to the anemone. The female got used to him after 3 days. I released him and they got along right away. She even let's him sleep under the anemone.
