First aquascape complete, just started cycling! Any thoughts?... still have time to make tweaks. Intent is to create a mixed reef system.

What would you do differently the next time?

About to start reefing again. Planning a shallow reef / lagoon style tank but still enough time to plan and think. Not even sure which measures my tank should have.

So what would you guys do differently the next time? Which mistakes to avoid? What to do better?

Finally cycled, and added the first additions to my first saltwater tank that I’ve been wanting to do for over a year now. Patience has finally paid off!

Tips for starting up a new coral-focused Fluval 13.5 sea evo tank

Posted: 14 Oct 2020 05:46 PM PDT

Hello, I've had a few saltwater tanks growing up but they were 30 gallons+ so this will be my first Nano reef adventure! I've been exploring YouTube and different blogs about how to have a successful nano reef tank but just curious if anyone has any tips, coral/fish suggestions, cautions, or upgrades you would recommend for the fluval from real life experiences?
