I found some egg clutches on my Hornwort in the 10g tank. I don't have anything in there other than ostracods and a few bladder snails. I found a leech (removed) after I discovered my assassin snail was DOA. So I'm not sure what kind of egg clutches these are or what they belong to. Any thoughts?

I have a pretty large crayfish and I thought I'd be able to keep up with his destruction and eating of his planted tank but even with near daily feedings, fast growing hornwort and tough plants I didn't think he'd care about, I can't keep up and I'm back to almost a bare tank. Any recommendations?
