Cray likes to sit on top of my heater with its body probably 95% out of the water

I know crays can be escape artists and I think I have the top of my tank secured and no holes for them(I have 3 crays in a 55 gallon) to get out. There have been several times in the past when I couldn't find my red one, still not positive where she was hiding as I can see most hiding spots, so I wonder if she too has been on top of the heater without me noticing. But more recently probably 3 out of 5 days this week in the morning my white cray has been sitting on top of the heater. Again about 95% of its body out of the water. Just a part of a claw dipping in, maybe the tips of her legs, perhaps her underbelly hard to tell.

I know they can survive outside of water for a bit, so I am not overly concerned with the fact that shes not fully submerged(correct me if I should be more concerned). I just want to know if there is anything I should be worried about. Oddly enough the white female(compared to red female and blue male) seems to be the biggest aggressor in the tank but only when 2 of them try to fight over food, so I try to spread the foot out.

I've had these crays for about a month, blue molted a week ago, red molted yesterday, white hasn't molted yet. From what I understand molting isn't an exact science so again this doesn't concern me, just mentioning it in case its relevant, like shes trying to hide because she knows she about to molt.

My water parameters are good with the exception of my water being hard so my ph is high. I'm guessing she could just be chilling up there, its just odd how often shes been up there lately. Thoughts?
