| Posted: 20 Oct 2020 08:06 PM PDT Hi All, I have a ~3000 gallon pond with approximately 10-14 koi. I have inherited it so I don't know the actual amount because of the Algae (more on that in a second). I'm in the Northeast and the pond is fairly well covered in shade but no matter what I do I can't find a solution to tackle the Algae so I can see. I am no longer feeding given the temps. The pond has a liner as well as a filter to move the water. I have included pictures below (yes the pup loves to watch the pond, luckily he know not to jump in!). https://imgur.com/gallery/Tz9PDF1 I have seen suggestions from UV, to floaters to skimmers.
