Found this signal crayfish in the Truckee today.
New mama Cocoa and some of her many babies!
Growing up too fast. Had him for around 4 months and grew from around half an inch to 2 1/2 inches. Stop growing on me. );

What are the odd
Glass worms in my crayfish tank.
Found outside a building that is right next to a pond in my town. This guy doesn’t look like any crayfish I have ever seen but I can’t imagine what else he might be. Thoughts?
My boy Martin molted again!

So we have a dark red crayfish that my brother picked up from a lake. ((No idea why the dummy brought them home when he knows it's not right to take them >:[ )) We've had them for almost a month now and we noticed today that one of them is pregnant. We've never had pregnant pets and we REALLY don't know what to do. Should we purchase a tank separate for her and the babies only? What do the little ones eat? What kind of filter should we purchase?

Please help me, I really want her to be comfortable and the last thing we would want is to abandon her or give her away D:
