Can mushrooms grow from jarrariums? What temperature is best for fungal growth and worst for bacterial growth?

My jarrarium (terrarium) consists of coco coir, peat moss, straw, leaf litter, tree moss, grass, 1 mushroom shredded up into pieces. Any experienced people in this field with advice?

Ocean jarrarium has weird white swirls. What is this? Bacteria? Looks like within 24 hours most of my creatures have died, some crabs, shrimps, and other things. Snails alive and worms and other micro things I can't ID. Help?

My first attempt at a terrarium

My first attempt at a terrarium

I bought some (unlabeled) small plants at a garden store for 3.50 each on a whim got some garden soil, pebbles, fir bark, spare charcoal and put it all under an led with some rocks I found outside. Any advice/notes on care, I don't really know what these plants are except that they are terrarium plants, so if they need anything besides watering and light provided please let me know.

Also are they too crowded, I thought the scape looks nice, but I am worried about plants crowding each other out.
