Can anyone help me identify this tubular structure? It appeared in my closed ecosphere over the weekend but I haven’t seen anything enter/exit yet. About 1/4” diameter. From a freshwater river in Québec.

Any links to jars on amazon you can recommend? My local stores are out of stock and clarity of the glass is a problem I keep running into when looking on my own.
