Need help identifying some creatures in my jar

I made the mistake of leaving it outside my deck and when I went to see how my jar ia doing, I noticed not only mosquito larvae, but this thing that's black, really fat, kinda like a leech but it wiggles like mosquito larvae. Are these things mosquito larvae about to pupate or from another insect?

Also it has two antennae sticking out in the front

Hi there 😌

Recently came across an image on aqua ecospheres & Jarrariums, however I wanted to make my own and would really appreciate some help or advise on how I would go about this.

Thanks
