• Got my first saltwater tank. Came with a bunch of green algae that I've tried to clean up. Any tips on scaping this? Any tips at all would be greatly appreciated I'm brand new to saltwater

Help Required - Day 51 Posted: 30 Apr 2020 03:05 AM PDT Ok so my patience has finally expired ... Day 51 of my tank cycling and; Nitrites are > 1 after 24 hours of dosing 2ppm ammonia Ammonia is always 0 after 24 hours after dosing 2ppm ammonia. Nitrites are typically 0.2 after 48 hours I then redose to 2ppm ammonia every 48 hours (this has been my practice been since day 23) during day 23 - 51 I have done a 25% water change no filtration has been removed since I commenced I started with live sand and carribsea rock and dr Tim's tank is 20g (75l) temp 26 salinity 1.025 day 50 added some api QuickStart (nitrites > 1 today Any thoughts how I can escape this nitrite hell ?
