- Typical day on the 506G Reef. 10min video on request coming soon!
- NUVO 40 mixed reef at 21 months. Shot with Pixel II and 'Night Sight' filter. Enjoy at a safe social distance.
- Water on the brain, day 1
- Ultra Rare, WYSIWYG
- Clownfish and her coral during midday.
- Just moved my tank 1,050 miles with no deaths! Also, meet Leroy the conch
- Frag rack looking a little too expensive
- My LFS sent this in their weekly ad a few days ago
- Anyone know what is growing on this snail? Is it harmful?
- I introduce to you all...Mr.James Pond
- I thought this one was gone for sure. I am new to the hobby(1 year or so) and I’ve purchased lots of SPS but they always retracted their polyps, brown, and bleach out. A Few weeks ago I made a stand. I stopped being lazy and finally sorted out my chemistry. Result: New flesh and new habits created!
- Freshly cut
- 60g cube stocking: should we get 1-2 tangs or a bunch of smaller fish? (banded cardinalfish, royal grammas, gobies etc) trying to settle an argument between family
- Is this a healthy thing? I’ve been cycling the tank for a month and added 2 royal grammas 3 days ago, they seen happy and have no signs of stress (talking about the hair algae on the live rock)
- Go easy on me. It's been a while since I had a set up running. What do you guys and gals think about my aquascape? I welcome any critiques. Sand and water are going in later today.
- Did my coral just eat my leopard fish?
- First tank scape
- Savable??
- Anyone know what these little tentacle things are? They have a green circle in the middle with blue tips under blue lighting, thanks
- Firefish Gobies only come out when water circulator, filter, and bubbles are turned off even after more than a week.
- Dead fire goby?
- What are those yellow things?

Posted: 16 Mar 2020 05:37 PM PDT I run the filter and the bubbles 24/7 except at feeding time when I shut everything down for 20 mins for feeding twice a day (I'm not going to kill my beneficial filter bacteria am I???). This is the only time the firefish gobies come out. It's been probably like two weeks. At night I turn off the water circulator and protein skimmer and just run the bubbles and filter. I've had firefish gobies before and it always seems like depending on which of the three stores I buy it from, they have a certain personality related to the store I bought them at. I know this sounds crazy. I've never had such meek and timid firefish gobies before. Are they gonna keep doing this indefinitely? The water circulation isn't even that extreme. [link] [comments]
Posted: 16 Mar 2020 05:26 PM PDT I got 3 fire fish 8 days ago and 2 have been out and about pretty frequently. I've never seen the third one. Hence, I don't think he's ever got any food. The same day I got the fish, I got 3 new corals. A torch, 2 zoa's and a large goniopora colony. The goniopora was doing really well but yesterday and today, it been completely closed. Just tested nitrates (0 supposedly) and all has been steady 7dkh all week. Just lifted a bunch of rocks looking for this little asshole, and still no luck. Do I have a rotting fire fish somewhere in there!? What are the ramifications of this assuming he's bit the dust? [link] [comments]
