1100 Gallon Red Claw Pond

Does anyone have any ideas of how to decorate or make a 1100 gallon stock tank pretty without breaking the bank? I am thinking of having a large group of red claw crayfish. Also, how many of them do you think I could fit in there? Are there any possible tankmates?
