Another berried shrimp in my tank but eggs are green. Is this normal or should I quarantine this shrimp?

This bountiful momma is berried with her 4th batch of shrimplets since November. I’m trying to establish strong orange line and hopefully produce some red eyes and which point I want to perfect that. Anyone know where she would grade to start out? She’s completely orange including her legs.

[educational] The parasitic flat worm Scutariella japonica can be killed with a mild salt solution bath. This is a shrimp-specific parasite.

How easy is it to breed Blue Velvet Shrimp in a tank with Neon Tetras? Thanks!

Posted: 04 Feb 2020 10:12 PM PST

Assuming I provide good moss & plant coverage, will the neon tetra get in the way of the shrimp breeding?

They are $7 a piece at my LFS so I really am hoping that they'll reproduce and create more shrimp babies. Any advice on the proper conditions?

Thanks!
