Saw a yasha goby in here and wanted to share mine! Been in the same cave for about a week now and the pistol has been adding shells to their cave!

Maybe getting back into this hobby

Posted: 04 Feb 2020 10:28 PM PST

What's the most easily maintained tank size in your guys' opinions? I've really been thinking about getting back into the hobby but all my other tanks are in use atm (I keep freshwater rn) and I don't want something that's too overwhelming since I have other tanks to take care of as well as being in college. I want a kinda small set up, does that make it harder to take care of??

Could a baby matted filefish live in a one gal tank temporarily until it gets bigger?

Posted: 04 Feb 2020 09:37 PM PST

Hello, so I need to avoid letting my filefish get eaten and currently I have a one gal tank he could go in. I just need to buy a heater for it. But I'm concerned if it would be enough for him to survive in for a month or so. We got him for our aptasia problem but he is so nonchalant about my pufferfish and just likes to float with the current so he appears as food. Cant afford to let him be eaten. So would a one gal be ok? Or should I purchase a slightly larger tank? He would be the only fish in it, and hes barely 2in rn.

Just started a tank, found this in one of my rocks and I’m wondering what it is

Just started my first coral tank. Anybody have any suggestions for a lens I can get for an iPhone 11? I’d love to capture my zoas better.
