What is wrong with my ray?? He lives in a tank with snails and blue green chromis damsels. Was doing fine yesterday but came in today and he looks like this. Water is testing fine.

Learnt something interesting today. Anemones can twist and tie themselves in knots. Which they are perfectly capable of undoing... but OMG I thought my RBTA was done for at first! It’s fine now.

My sink at my new apartment has a 3/4 inch (approx 18 mm) male faucet and my filter has a 15/16 inch ( 20 mm approx ) I can't find a coupler to join the two.

Once in a while I get a large influx of trochus snail babies but they seem to never get past this size. Anyone run into this?

Anybody have an outdoor aquarium with natural light?

I live in Houston. There is a coral reef 120 miles east of me. Houston and the northern part of the Red Sea are around the same as well. Sunlight doesn't seem like it would be an issue as long as the tank was heated properly.

Thoughts?
