Planted Aquarium - 3 days after planting, 40g. |
- 3 days after planting, 40g.
- Greenaqua Tank
- Wouldn’t this be cool??
- Plants finally arrived. A few hours later I have a tank I’m proud of!
- My High Tech 75gal, 2 monts old
- Too much going on here
- Buce "Lamandau Mini Purple"
- Then and now. 40g back in Jan(bottom) and today!
- I got inspired by a Groot themed tank I saw on the front page, so I started to learn more about the hobby. Today I proudly present my first planted tank ever, complete with my very own Groot!!
- Something Different - Part 5 - concept vs actual
- My 75 gallon planted tank is coming together!
- Just finished the hardscape on my first real tank! Super excited to add plants and eventually fish!
- My first non nano tank. WCMM’s and RCS.
- Any ideas what this is in my buddy’s tank?
- Those swords from the other day. Thinking a big rescape required. Tips/ideas welcome, thinking of getting a load of slate in and light sand around the front/left
- 7 Gallon Nano
- Quick time lapse of me doing my regular water change.
- My now finished planted tank.
- Thoughts? No life yet what should I stock it with?
- Let's talk CO2!
- Well, I just experienced my first major catastrophe.
- Does anyone know what causes this really wispy algae? How do I prevent it?
- Bucephalandra is just a sexy version of Anubias

Posted: 12 Aug 2019 07:15 PM PDT Currently I'm using a silly clip on Fluval kit from the store that I know is a waste, but because that's all I could find and my new baby tears need it there wasn't much choose for now. Anyway, I have no idea what I'm doing but am giving it my best and will hopefully kill nothing. That being said, what simple and cost effective complete CO2 set ups do you guys use? I'm wanting to buy something nice off of Amazon and put it together. Currently I have a heavily planted 20g tall tank which will definitely need the CO2. What would you guys recommend and what advice could you give to a complete CO2 noob? As always, thanks! [link] [comments]
Well, I just experienced my first major catastrophe. Posted: 12 Aug 2019 05:30 PM PDT I just busted the glass on my 8 gallon betta bowl. All 8 gallons of water plus plants, rocks, and gravel spilled out onto the floor I just put down less than 2 months ago. On top of that, I cut my finger open on the glass when it happened, and I may or may not need stitches that I'm avoiding going and getting. Fortunately, I was able to rescue Smaug, our Betta. Right now he is chilling in a 5 gallon bucket that was partially filled with water from his tank. I'll go out and buy him a new tank tomorrow. Just thought I'd share my experience now that I've shopvacced and mopped up every last bit of water and gravel I can. Ultimately, just happy we could save the Betta. Just upset I lost such a nice looking tank that I've spent countless hours cleaning and working on. [link] [comments]
