Help choosing a waterfall/pressure filter and uv filter

Okay so we have a koi pond that is about 7,500 gal. Has been out of use for about 5years now we have just cleaned all the silt and muck out of it. Our fish are safe for right now. And we have cut back a tonnnnn of the over grown water plants. There is no drain in the bottom and cannot dig anything out. We are very new to koi pond and I know a lot of things have to be just right for the fish to be happy. We have purchased a pump it's a 5,500 gph submersible pump. We have a 2ft tall x 3ft wide waterfall ( will attach a picture of that set up in the comments.). Just desperately need help choosing a filter and uv setup. And really don't want to spend an arm and a leg lol. But definitely don't want cheap.
