| I think I’ve finally figured out why I couldn’t keep cherry shrimp alive Posted: 19 May 2019 12:49 AM PDT Turns out I have copper pipes I feel like an idiot, it never occurred to me to check the pipes under the sinks. I wasted the last two months obsessively testing nitrates, ph, gh and kh, researching, buying new shrimp every time I thought I figured it out and feeling super stressed as their numbers slowly dwindled. | Do caridina shrimp require interference to breed or will they do so on their own? Posted: 18 May 2019 08:53 PM PDT As in do they need brackish or anything? Or will they just reproduce like neos with no issue? [link] [comments] | ||

| Posted: 18 May 2019 06:08 PM PDT What are the easiest shrimp to breed? What do I need to do in order to provoke breeding. Do I need to feed the baby shrimp special food? What should I put in the tank? Is there any other useful information that I should know? [link] [comments] | ||

| Are Kuhli loaches compatible with shrimp? Posted: 18 May 2019 02:08 PM PDT Thinking of getting a couple of those slinky boys, hope they don't eat too many of my shrimp though. [link] [comments] | ||
| RCS Dying. Stumped on what it could be. Posted: 18 May 2019 05:46 PM PDT Over the past couple weeks my cherry shrimp have been dropping like flies and I have no idea what the problem is. They're kept in a tank with Endler's live bearers, ramshorn snails, and plenty of live plants. The only thing i've added to the tank recently was an Indian Almond leaf, a Wonder Shell, and my parameters are 0/0/10 with a 7.6 pH. Could my Endlers be killing my shrimp? Or is there something I'm not aware of.. [link] [comments] | ||
