Posted: 21 May 2019 11:31 PM PDT So I recently found a large scud, about the size of a juvenile shrimp, and I was wondering if they'll be any harm to my blue velvets? I've just been taking them out as I spot them but I've also been having a shrimp die nearly everyday for the past two weeks or so and I was wondering if this could be part of the problem? Also, how does one go about eradicating scud besides just scooping them out when you see them? [link] [comments] | ||

Beginner question about breeding and other fish Posted: 21 May 2019 04:56 PM PDT Since deciding to make my tank a more dedicated shrimp breeding tank, I've finally noticed one of my three red cherry shrimp is pregnant. Unfortunately, I still have five neon tetra and an otocinclus in the tank. I'm sorry if this is common knowledge or something, but what fish are safe to keep in the shrimp tank to encourage breeding? Will I have a problem with the tetras? [link] [comments] |
