Can I put my sick axolotl with other axolotls? Posted: 23 May 2019 03:09 PM PDT My other axolotl has a really bad fungal infection but the other seems to be perfectly fine so I'm sure if it's ok to put them in the same tank cause he might get infected too [link] [comments] | ||
Posted: 23 May 2019 02:33 PM PDT first summer with my 2 rescue axolotls and the temperatures are climbing and it is getting hotter. however i think my thermometers arent accurate as there strip thermometers on the outside and are reading 28° which it definitely isnt as both axies are exhibiting no heat stress signs and are still eating and being normal. i was planning on picking up a new thermometer and had heard the kitchen thermometers are great at reading temperature. cooper atkins digital thermometer and vee gee one, anyone have experience or advice for this equipment? Posted: 23 May 2019 12:58 PM PDT Hey guys I need to check something which I can't find online. Any help would be great. Do you reckon a 22"x12" x any height would be enough for an axolotl. I'm planning on making it tall anyway and adding a staircase to a second floor to practically double floor space. I know they're bottom dwelling but I'll make the staircase obvious so it goes there more. I was also going to check multiple breeders to try and find the smallest axolotl by comparing the breeding sizes. Do you think all of this will suffice? [link] [comments] |
