Need advice re: hydra and No Planaria dosing

I did my best to google this, and read through previous threads in this sub, but I couldn't find a complete answer: what's the dosing schedule on this stuff? (E: should I follow the dosage on the bag?) I already moved my nerite.

Anything I need to know? This won't kill my shrimp, right? Most people said it worked fine and didn't hurt the shrimp but I def saw a few comments on other forums where people said they lost shrimp.

I know I should've gotten dewormer, but it's too late now, I already got the betel nut stuff — I have clutches hatching currently and wanna try this instead of having to wait for more meds to ship, barring any horrible anecdotes.

E: to be clear, I don't have planaria, just hydra.

To high for planted CRS tank? I cant even tell if its 10 or 20, I did a 30% water change Sunday. And I use aquarium co op easy green nano fertilizer. It's a fluval spec v.

I have a 5 gal filtered/heated/fully planted betta tank. I just recently got 3 amano shrimp and woke up this morning with 2 on the floor. Could this be because my betta is scaring them off or could it be water related My ph is around a 6.8 ammonia is at 0 but haven't been able to check the others
