• Update! I'm one of the top 3 winners of the live Aquascape competition! Going to the prize presentation ceremony tomorrow at the opening of the horticulture show!
• My first go at a aqua terrarium. I'm quite pleased with how it turned out.
• Hi guys! Redid my sad 6.5 gallons a month ago. Here it is now in daytime 'storm' mode.
• Full carnivorous shallow water tank.
• low tech fluval spec v
• Got my first Buce today! Its smaller than I expected
• My betta tank
• Added some smart sockets to my aquariums
• Humble beginnings
• I was a bit concerned that the driftwood would be too much at first in this little 10 gal, but it's definetly growing on me. 2nd tank!
• Finally my dosing container came in the mail!
• Finnex 24/7 flashing white and red suddenly, help!
• [FTS FRIDAY] 2 weeks old today, just waiting on the rest of my plants to turn up
• Plant ID for plant on left please. Bought this a few months ago, but didn't get the name.
• Are all these plants good for a beginner?

• Rescaped my 60l aquarium yesterday. What should i plant in the foreground? Details in comment section.

I'm hopefully getting Easy Green All in One Fertilizer, Easy Root Tabs, and Easy Iron. Do i need all those for these plants? Which ones are the easiest to grow for a beginner with plants? Using the correct light for aquarium? Posted: 25 Apr 2019 08:41 PM PDT I bought a light on Amazon that looked like it might be for a planted tank, with comments saying they grow plants with it, but turns out it's insufficient. There's a formula to calculate how many lumens you need. I think in general being between 20 - 40 lumens per liters is good. A 10 gallon tank is about 38 liters. So if you need 20 lumens per liter, you do 38 * 20 = 760. If you need 40 lumens per liter, you do 38 * 40 = 1520. So you need a light between 760 lumens and 1520 lumens for a 10 gallon tank.
