Unlabelled Aquatic Koi Old school pond we just got working. About 2 and a half feet deep. We have two pumps that bring water up the brick waterfall that were installed about a week ago. Currently have 7 3-5 inch koi. Any ideas on what Other types of fish I should add? Plants?

10% water change dechlorinate koi pond

I have a water line that goes straight into the pond. If I want to do a 10%(100/1000gallons) water change, in order to dechlorinate it with a dechlorinating solution, do I add 1000gallons worth of solution to the pond before water change or 10% of the solution before water change. I am using chlorine API
