Leeches in my pond Posted: 18 Apr 2019 07:52 PM PDT I have a koi pond in progress, so there are no koi in it, but there are some tadpoles in there that I'm worried about. I found a few leeches hanging around the pond and I'm not sure how to get rid of them or if they pose a threat to the tadpoles. Hello I'm a new pond owner Posted: 18 Apr 2019 04:20 AM PDT I'm getting ready to install my new pond insert and I need some advice I have an 80 gallon tropical tank inside but know nothing about the ins and outs of taking care of koi For starters I need a filtration system and I would like to do it on a budget I want the water to go to a filter first and then be sent to the other end of the pond into a small water fall. Any suggestions on the equipment I should buy would be helpful. would a submersible pump have to go into the bottom to pull the water to the filter system or is there a filter system that does that what type of waterfall would anyone recommend (it would be nice to have added filter in the waterfall just in case) how long should I wait to put the fish in is there any special knowledge I need to make sure my water is clear and my fish are healthy Thanks in advance 😊 submitted by /u/Geeder2 [link] [comments]
