Hello! I have recently started caring for the remaining koi at the property I live at, I noticed one of the kois backs looks odd. Is it normal? If it isn’t what should I do to help the fish? Thank you

I work at a shelter and we had to seize some animals from a property including 4 koi. I need help with their water parameters and how to do an emergency fish in cycle. I usually keep tropical freshwater fish so I don't know what to do
