I have set up a tissue culture lab. I now have enough purple bacopa, anubias nano petite, and mini- dwarf hair grass to carpet a swimming pool.

Holy crap. My neo diffuser cork head came off and I was heartbroken because I’m a broke college student. I decided to try and super glue it back on and it’s working better than it ever has with the finest and most bubbles wtf?!

Tank is almost cycled, do I need to do anything once it's cycled? Like do I need to keep dosing ammonia since I'm not adding fish right away?

20-30 Gallon tank ideas/tips?

Posted: 18 Oct 2021 06:41 PM PDT

First post here- Recently I purchased a new aquarium stand that could accommodate a 20-30 gallon tank. Of course I am quite excited, but I am also quite unsure about what to do with it. I have been in the hobby for about 5 years and this will be my biggest tank. All my planted tanks are low tech and no co2 (since I'm a broke student), and I would like to keep this one that way as well. Originally I wanted to do a betta sorority but I quickly learned that requires at least 40 gal. Another option was a community tank which sounded promising but I am unsure what to stock it with, or what theme to make it. Also, would a hang on back filter work for a tank this large? Or would I need something else? Thank you!
