Aquatic Koi Koi seems to be deteriorating

Koi seems to be deteriorating

Hi there! One of our koi fishes always stays at the bottom of the aquarium and only comes up to the surface to eat. Right after taking a bite, she immediately sinks back down to her spot at the bottom of the aquarium. She also has red sores on her stomack and ventral fins. She also seems to have a hard time swimming up to the surface now. Any idea how to treat her? Thank you for any helpful advices!
