Need help cooling down tank

I need to cool down my tank for my axie, but I just down really know how. I have a fan blowing on the water, and I put frozen bottles of water in but it just doesnt seem to help much. My axie luckily doesnt seem to mind too much, but im sure both of us would feel much better if it was a little cooler.

This Is Venom and Deadpo. I Just Want To Check If They Are Alright And Not Stressed Cus They're Gills Are Curled Forwqrd But They Are Swimming And Eating Fine. They Get Really Happy And Swim To The Top When I Enter The Room Lol. Thanks For Any Help. I Just Wnbt To Make Sure They Are OK!

Genetic lineage question

I've been coming across warnings to never buy axolotls from breeders who breed with unknown genetics and lineage. What does it mean to 'know the genetics and lineage'? Do breeders actually keep family tree documentation? If so, why wouldn't that be provided with the purchase of their axolotls?

Aside from a breeders reputation, how to know if the axolotl is well bred?
