What is this weird thing coming out of my mystery snail?!?!
New mystery babies!!!
Anyone know what type of snail is? Found them in my jarrarium with my daphnia and copepods.

Is my snail ok? I’ve found him sitting on his lid/trapdoor several times on the last few days and this seems like unusual behavior
Why is my nerite snail coming out of the water? The mystery snail was sitting on him, so is he getting bullied? The water temperature is right.

Herbert - is he hibernating?

Hi all, my zebra snail Herbert has recently been on holiday to the lfs due to a worm situation which needed treatment (bad for Herbert). This is all cleared up now, carbon back in plus water change and a few days just to be sure and he's back. He spent a day motoring around the tank and now he's decided that he's just going to play dead (for about 4 days now). He's alive - I checked (doesn't smell and when I poke him he moves). Is he hibernating or is there something else wrong?
