Posted: 10 Jun 2021 02:35 PM PDT https://dynamicresults.egnyte.com/fl/qvy5JcylQI I have a koi (~20 years old) who has a severe pink koi pox outbreak. As the water warmed up this year the pox grew very large and shows blood vessels. We isolated her and decided after much research to try a PP (Potassium Permanganate) dip. She tolerated a 5 minute dip at 3g per 30 liters of water very well and I noticed some changes to the pox, so 2 days later we dipped her again. Same dose, same time. My question is: Have you ever seen one this bad that was able to be resolved? How many times can I give her a PP bath and how frequently (I waited two days between the first two). Any help or advice would be appreciated. Image 1, how it looked when we started Image 2, after the first dip Image 3, how it looks 30 hours after dip 2 [link] [comments] |
