Not the berried one , but is something wrong with the other one ? He has this blue hue and has specks of green and red but he was sold to me as a ghost shrimp , was he mislabeled or is something else wrong ?

So i had 2 shrimps who carried eggs, after some time one's belly seemed empty like the eggs weren't there anymore but there was no baby shrimp in the tank, and this morning i saw the second shrimp's belly was also empty with just one egg but no baby shrimp... What's happening? Also there's a lot of tiny white creatures in my tank What are they? Should i get rid of them? Some of them look like worms but they're mostly round.
