Help!

I own a 3 month old axolotl, and he lives in a 20 gallon long tank. The water went foggy and he only eats 1 pellet. What do I do?

Quick question! In an axolotl tank do they NEED land or are they fine just with water(like a fish tank)

I need help because I'm an idiot. I've owned my axolotl Wooper for more than two years now, and I'm still having trouble figuring out her/his gender. I've done research but here's the thing, she/he is round like a female, but she/he now all of a sudden has a bulge. Her/his regions were flat before.

4 m.o. axie actively rejected food this evening and seems bloated. Up until this afternoon he’s been eating well, swimming around in his tank, and interacting with us. Based on weird ammonia spike I’m prepping water for a change but wondering if I need to be more concerned. TIA

Just quick why do some axolotls not have eyes? Just worrying

My young axolotl has been struggling to stay on the floor for about an hour. I think its probably impact from eating sand, should I just remove him and take out the sand or is refrigeration necessary?

URGENT HELP

Posted: 21 Apr 2021 06:58 PM PDT

Gave my axolotl a salt bath for fungus and I think I did something wrong and used way too much salt. She stopped moving after about 5 minutes and is now back in her main tank after a water change. She was unresponsive and I thought she was dead, now shes just moving very minimal. She will swim to the surface and take a gulp of air and then sit at the bottom of her tank again for a long while, unmoving. She's a copper and her gills look a lot redder than usual. I'm so scared I just killed my axolotl and she's dying slowly. Please help, what can I do??

Decided to name her Sega! And we are also completely re-decorating the tank and doing a deep cleaning! I will give an update post when it is finished!

How to keep bare bottom tank clean?

Posted: 21 Apr 2021 03:04 PM PDT

So my bare bottom tank has this kinda super fine white dustyness that settles at the bottom, no matter how much I try to get it all out with the siphon during a water change I can never seem to get enough of it for it to make a difference.

Does anyone have any experience keeping their bare bottom tank clean when the bottom starts to get dusty looking? I have a gravel vac but the dust is too fine and slips right through the filter on it back into the tank.

Would a dusty (assuming it's dust) bottom cause any issues? He seems to dislike seeing his reflection under him so it might not be so bad as the water itself is pristine looking since it all settles to the bottom.

Cycling tank HELP. I am moving in about 2 weeks, so to prepare my axie for the move, I started cycling a NEW tank at the NEW place I will be moving in. I was only gone for a week, new filter, new plants, new wood EVERYTHING. does anyone know why my water would go BROWN while cycling?

Thoughts on this water conditioner? I’m not sure if it has aloe but the ingredients don’t specify. I used it on my tank before I knew aloe was toxic (tho I don’t have an axo yet)
