I buried a very old Amano today Posted: 01 Mar 2021 08:38 AM PST I just found one of my Amanos passed away today. I've had this shrimp for about 9 years. I didn't know they can live that long. I bought two of them at the same time (one is still kicking), and they have gone through quite a lot with me. They have been a part of my life through some pretty major events, through college, through two moves, one of which was in the middle of a very cold winter, through various jobs, getting engaged, getting through 2020, I had these shrimp through all of that. Now there is just one, and that's pretty sad, but I'm happy they have both lived very long lives, in the best conditions I could provide for them. It might sound weird saying this about a shrimp, but I hope my remaining shrimp isn't too lonely. [link] [comments] | ||
