I wanted so badly for one of my anemones to host my two clowns in my tank and after 6 months, one finally did! The other soon followed suit, but took to a different anemone. A GBTA hosted one, and an RBTA hosted the other.

Here's where things start to change, the clown in the GBTA became increasingly territorial, to the point where yesterday morning I found the other clown (from the RBTA) on the floor :(. I'm assuming RBTA clown got too close to the GBTA at night and got spooked out of the tank by the other, much more territorial clown.

And now any time I put my hand in the tank, the remaining clown goes nuts, biting my fingers and forearm and splashing the surface of the water.

I wanted one of my anemones to host my clowns so badly, and once it happened I lost a fish and was left with another that wants nothing more than to bite the crap out of me lol.

TLDR; I wanted my anemones to host my clowns, they did and it killed one clown and make the other super aggressive.

Does anyone know what’s on the waters surface in my tank? And is it something to worry about? Currently 4 days into a cycle.
