Posted: 08 Mar 2021 07:37 PM PST Hey all, my name is Vic. I work at a pet store and have been migrating towards the saltwater section. I'm trying to learn and build off of what I know; If you could point me in a direction or add some links to sources you find helpful I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks again. Have a great night! Posted: 08 Mar 2021 11:01 PM PST A few days ago I purchased a ruby red fin fairy wrasse, she was fine in the store, eating, swimming normally, etc. After I got it added in the tank it was shy, hiding, etc, I expected that. The next day my wife turned on some lights near the tank (before the tank light came on) and I saw it spinning basically. I was concerned, but figured maybe it was disoriented and such from the light coming on oddly, later in the day after the lights came on, it was swimming fine and normally. Earlier today, the same thing happened in the morning again, I figured same thing, possibly just thrown for a loop, later on in the afternoon this time though it would go through periods of swimming fine, and spinning, probably 50/50. It also still hides roughly half the time, but Im figuring it's just shy still. None of my other fish bully, harass, or even ppay it any mind. Not quite sure what to do. [link] [comments] |
