My son's window jar has really come alive now that the weather is warming up Posted: 11 Mar 2021 07:47 AM PST https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AyCWdpNqyVw My son and I put this little jar together last fall and it's been sitting in the window for its entire existence. Because it was chilly by the window through the winter, there wasn't too much happening other than some snails and algae growth. Now that it's warmed up, there's been an explosion of life in there! There are a bunch of amphipods and copepods, and every morning that flatworm comes up from the soil and just vibes for a while.
