Crayfish New to crayfish, not sure if things are ok

New to crayfish, not sure if things are ok

So, a friend needed to re-home an aquarium with a crayfish. It's the only critter in the tank, and I have zero experience with any of this.

I think I got everything set up correctly, and I've been feeding her as instructed, but I realized today she isn't eating. The food is all piled inside of her shell/hide thing. She's active, I find her in different places a lot, and she's moving the food, just not eating. Should I be worried? What should I check? Thanks for your help.

She berried about 3 days ago, proceeded to drop them all, and now has been hiding and won't eat. Any idea why she'd suddenly lose them all? Water parameters haven't changed and are stable. (I took her in from a friend that couldn't keep her, and she's had at least 2 clutches that hatched before) I've only had her for about 3 weeks.
