- My happy place
- My hermit crab looks funny lol
- Look who I caught today with my after school kids!! Anyone have an ID? (Northern Illinois)
- What is this feather duster like thing attached to my blue crawfish? Is it a parasite?
- Last time I saw my female dwarf in the open was three days ago. She’s been hiding in a pile of Java moss since. Last time she did that she was berried. Should I bother her to move her to the ‘baby tank’ or could she just be molting?
- Feeder fish?

Posted: 11 Mar 2021 05:46 PM PST I'm cycling a new tank, and my brother wants to put a crayfish in the old tank. I'm considering raising feeder fish in the larger tank to eliminate the risk if parasites from feeder fish. My main problem is that the larger tank was bought and is being set up to primarily house a rainbow shark. Does anyone know a species of fish that the crayfish could catch, breed easily in a tropical tank (rainbow shark and glofish), and won't be stressed out or have their babies eaten by the rainbow shark?
