Sending my awesome pleco to a bigger aquarium, sad

Posted: 22 Mar 2021 05:28 AM PDT

My common pleco (I believe female) has finally gotten to about 6 inches, and Wednesday I'll be shipping her to a new home in Michigan. She will be going in 125 gallon (I only currently have her in a 45 gallon) and eventually in a 700 gallon pond. She has so much personality and she's been an awesome fish. I'll be sad to see her go, and I'm going to ship her the best way I can. Anyone else had fish giveaway sadness? It's for the better, she'll be far happier in a bigger tank and I'm sure she will get huge. Pictures.

I found these in the sump runoff filter in my 75g tank. Coffee mug for scale. There were two and one was busted open it looked. Any ideas what they are, my first thought was an egg sack of some sorts.
