Are these seed shrimp?(infusoria/ copepods) if so, what can I get for this 5gallon tank that will eat them without harming my cherry shrimp?

Sorry this is probably a common question. I just got a tank 2nd hand - they had a Betta and even a frog (together) in it for a few months but I heard that bettas are happier in bigger spaces and the last thing I want is a sad fish - some people say no fish can live in it but how about very small species? How about other animals such as frogs, shrimp, snails?

A nice list of compatible animals would be super helpful!
