First time shrimp owner. I put two in my tank a couple of months ago and never saw them again. Assumed dead or eaten. Yesterday both appeared, twice the size and beautiful red color.

What kind of snails are these? They hitch hiked here from the LFS.
they love to swim up there like crazy in the mornings (sorry for no light on yet)

I've had a lot of ups and downs in my tank but overall my shrimp are looking better. I've even found some babies and have another clutch on the way. (Sorry if the pic isn't the best. They are so smol)

Shrimp life.
A few more photos of my shrimps. I added 2 more Nerite snails today to help control the algae growth in my shrimp tank. It appears that the Nerite I had in there originally has a cracked shell which I just realised. The other two are fine and I'm thinking of adding calcium into the tank soon.

I just went to check on my tank and decided to play one of my favorite qarentine games, can you spot the shrimp! The game is you try to find at least two shrimp In the aqaraim (I have only 5 adults) and I saw something tiny move, at first I thought it was a dafnia but after closer Inspection I saw a bunch of tiny baby shrimplets!! This is my first successfull breeding of shrimp and the start of a empire of cherry shrimp!
