Took some corals in for a friend having some issues w their tank. what do y’all think the likeliness of these making a recovery is?? there is some exposed skeleton but the flesh is mostly intact. polyps aren’t bailing out.

Anyone know the name of these Zoas? I got them today in the $10 section. I don't know the name but they look really nice

Question: What is this? And by this I mean what is the white looking fungi growth on my Duncan coral?

Anyone have tips for taking top down shots? Mine always get the glare from the light on it. Thanks in advance!

Hammer coral had polyp bailout, should I leave the polyp like it is or remove it? I have frogspawn and another hammer that are doing well.

When a fish dies do you pull it ASAP or let your CUC have a snack?

Just had a chromis die. Found him being nibbled by a hermit crab and a nassarius snail I haven't seen in a while. I know they have other sources of food in the tank, but they're clearly enjoying this. What are the trade offs of leaving it in for a bit vs. pulling it right away? What do you guys usually do?

Getting some decent polyp extension on my first acros, 1 month in! Growth is slow but we’ll see how it goes.
