Planted Aquarium - My low-tech shrimp-scape |
- My low-tech shrimp-scape
- It’s clearly been awhile..
- Happy with everything setup and running fairly smoothly
- My ludwigia repens
- Japanese pond lily planted in a submerged pot.
- Showing off
- At this point, I’m just letting my reineckii do its thing. We’ll see where this goes.
- Day 1 of my first Iwagumi scape! Completely forgot about the background so thats on order. Very excited fo see how it all turns out!
- Anubias Flower
- World outside maybe burning but in here it is just fine. (Dwarf gourami in Walstad tank)
- I know it's not the most exciting and theres still a few problems but its mine and I love how it looks!
- I finally got my first tank!
- First planted tank, not sure on looks
- 14 gallon, slight rescape
- Hey Palkia.
- Something a little different.
- Buce Cube - 2 Month Scape Update
- Gave them a little upgrade in color.
- My gourami was attacking my tetras, so I panic bought a bunch of plants thinking it would help. Here’s what my tank looks like now.
- Low tech betta tank. He’s lurking.
- My 10 gallon after about 2.5 months! 3 otos and 2 guppies keeping my plants healthy :)
- Is this too much duckweed for the Dwarf Hair Grass? I am trying to establish a carpet and things seem to be going well, I just don’t want to ruin the progress so far. Ignore the wood in the process of being waterlogged lol.
- One of my new absolute favorite fish, Panda Garra

| Posted: 03 Nov 2020 06:40 PM PST After immensely enjoying Foo the Flowerhorn (among others) on YouTube for years, I finally bought my first tank - a rimless 5 gallon. I plan on using no filter (much like my inspiration) and I have been doing my research but I am still a little nervous. I've seen some contradictory information in my search for knowledge. Just to name a few questions ... What substrate is best? Is using hard water okay? How do I mitigate algae blooms? The list goes on... What's the most important piece of advice you can share with a newcomer? Any outside resources recommendations are greatly appreciated. [link] [comments] | ||
